Removed my review

Bought a gold plated Invicta watch with a blue center link that was not plated between each link. Watchband looked terrible when I was wearing it. the non plating showed through. I submitted a review and gave it 1 star. My review was up on the website and a few weeks later it was remove and now only a 5 star review was their. How terrible not letting customers read an honest review of its product. The watch that I bought was the Invicta 43mm Pro Diver Automatic Open Heart Bracelet Watch - 626-141 Why can't a company allow people to review a product in an honest manner Removing a review because you like a vendor for me is being dishonest. I have been a loyal customer for many many years. I have purchased over 30 watches from you but this situation that you decided to do has really irked me. Their is no excuse!

They ran a credit check randomly and cancelled my order and block future purchases

Today I received a email stating that one of my orders were cancelled and I was shocked I have ordered 20+ items since Christmas using value pay. I have always been approved and 95 percent the time I pay off my value pays early I only had two items that I did not pay off early because honestly I just like having the option of the monthly payment. When I received the email I called them and I was upset over the credit check and cancelling of the value pay BUT really what upset me was that despite ALL my positive experiences and early pay offs, never missing a payment NOT ONLY did they cancel my order but they stated because of the random credit check for the next six months I will not be able to place orders and or once after the six months period they will "review" whether or not I can place orders after that time period AND ALL this is based on the random credit check and not my actual payments and orders outcomes. I would not recommend this site to anyone because I thought they were reasonable and fair and that is why I switch from HSN to ShopNBC but I will never use this site again because there customer service is awful and such handling associated with handling orders, accounts is horrific

I got a bill from Second L P which they purchased a account from SHOPNBC.

I have never brought anything from this company. I call the number on the bill and she told me that they needed my social security number. I told her no u will not get that. Then she said she could not help me so I hung up. How do people do this to someone when it not their. Like I said I have never order anything from SHOPNBC I don't know anything about them . So I will be sending a letter back to them and let them know they have the wrong person. People need to fight for what is right and this is not right. I will not paid for whatever this is. It's not my so with that said I hope people out there watch out for company's like y'all

Shop NBC - Rings Review from Catasauqua, Pennsylvania

I ordered 1 ring on 6-value pay at $47.99 per month.They sent me 2 different rings and charged me $754.00. I called customer service.99 and they said the best they could do for me then was to change the pymt method to the 6-pays. Days later, the $754.00 still not replaced in my checking acct, but $47.99 plus $55.00 was now charged in addition to the pymts in full. I called again and.asked for supervisor. She was nasty, rude, and argumentative. She INSISTED that I DID order 2 rings. I recd my order, immediately sent back ring that i did NOT order. I informed them of return and I will track its whereabouts til I'm credited the $754 plus the addl monthly payment. Customer service stinks! I informed supervisor that I will NEVER do business with them again. Her response was clear...it didn't matter to her because I'm not their only customer! I have shared this matter woth EVERYONE I know that shops SHOP HQ.

Very poor customer service

I rec'd a call from a collection agency saying That my credit card was declined and my Payment was 5 days past due....5 days late and turned Over for collections without so much as a phone call to me. I did get a letter last friday and called them that day To say my new card had just been replaced With a new number and gave it to them For the payment. They informed me that I would have to call the Collection agency to give them the card number. I told them I dont give out my card number to companies I dont deal with and they refused to handle It for me. Said I would get a negative report to the Credit minoring agencies. Look, dingbat, here is what you want...you can handle it from here. Oh no they said...then the collection agency calls me and the girl Sounds like a very unprofessional uneducated Minimum wage employee and wants to scream at me and hang up the phone. Does Shop Hq rhink I want ti guve this ape my card number and verification code so she can go buy Herself a new wardrobe! No way. Called back Shop HQ again and was informed they Cannot help me and U will get a bad credit rating For having to wait 5 days to get a card replaced. I have purchased frim them for iver 22 yrs.....great way To treat and keep a customer!

Missing Order

Wish I had seen this site before I made my first purchase. I ordered a tablet as a Christmas gift for my daughter. The package was to be sent to her home. UPS "said" they delivered it; the comment from the driver was "say woman at door". The package in question was NOT delivered. I called SHOP NBC to file a claim; I couldn't reach the claims department, my claim was taken by a (I use the term loosely) customer service person and told I would receive an email from the Claims Department in 2 or 3 days. Two days go by and no call or email; I contacted customer service again - no satisfaction. I attempted to contact the Claims Department but was hung up on twice, the third time I was able to leave a message. I have still not received any correspondence from SHOP NBC. I contacted customer service again and was told that "I should have re-ordered the item". "And get charged twice" I asked? The customer service person assured me, though how she could promise this is beyond me, that I would be receiving a credit for the missing item (at least one of us has faith). She insisted that I would get an email from the claims department (that still hasn't happened 5 days later). I find this customer service appalling. This was my first time shopping with this company and it will be my last.

Credit Run without permission

I placed an order for a $99 tablet and the first payment was placed with my debit card. It went through. It was due on 9/11/13. I did not receive it. When I called CSR, I was informed the order had been cancelled. No one knew why. After three calls and four people, I was told that I did not meet their credit criteria. What was amazing to me is that I was never told that when they do value payments and offer them on the air that they run a 'soft credit' check. I am not sure what that is. Here is what I learned from finance. The CSR supervisor told me that they did not go to a credit bureau for a credit score. Yes, they do. It is their language and use of how they answer a question to make it appear that they don't. According to their Finance department, they go through a credit service who in turn runs a credit report through Equifax. I have issues with Equifax and have tried for several years to get items from my credit account that aren't mine. Equifax is the worst bureau to work with. Anyhow, Shop NBC never asked me for permission to run a credit check. Or a soft check - actually has no value. Please shop elsewhere and not here. They told me I could purchase the item but could not get the value payments. Amazing that I can make payments with the other television shopping networks but this one performs an unauthorized and illegal credit report.

This happened to me today and I'm furious with these people. I asked also who gave them permission to do any credit checks??

I don't care what kind this lowers you credit rating. The csr told me that they advertise on their screen that they do credit checks for easy pay. I called them liars because it was too easy for them to inform of this practice with the initial order. SHNBC also took the money out and then cancelled my order the next morning.

I also asked if I could use that payment toward making the whole purchase without easy payments, but their response was no. I now have two charges on my account. I will never order off the TV again.

Same thing happen to us. Changed a purchase with QVC to buy from HQ, and waited and waited with no product.

Called to check and heard the same ***. They ruined my chance to buy my house. I was in the process of closing, and they pulled my credit report without my social security number. How in the *** can they do that without authorization or the decency to inform me that is what they were doing.

I am beyond pissed, and there attitude is "Oh well".

Take your business elsewhere. It is pure and simple fraud.

Unable to reach a live person

Ordered several watches for guaranteed delivery by Christmas. One item was not the quality of photo. Other item never delivered and could not reach customer service. I was put on hold and no one ever answered. Tried to reach UPS and they could not respond even with the tracking information. As of this morning, I have still not received the other watch which was a gift for my 82 year old parent. Other products I ordered were consistent with photos. Will never order from SHOPHQ again! I think I will probably stick with HSN or Overstock for my future on line purchases.

RETURN ISSUE

SHOPNBC WAS SO UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE AND THEY SEEM MORE ABOUT THE MONEY THAN THE SERVICE AND THEIR CUSTOMERS.I RETURNED ITEM HAD RECEIPT BUT THEY SAID THAT WAS NOT ENOUGH.ITEM WAS DEFECTIVE THEY HASSELED ME OVER THE SHIPPING COST .SAID THEY NEVER RECEIVED THE ITEM.THEY ARE VERY CHEAP AND UNETHICAL.WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH AGAIN.HOLD THEM ACCOUNTABLE AND IF THEY LOSE THEIR CUSTOMERS THEY MAY START TO LOOK AT THEIR ACTIONS. Stolen Credit Card Information

I placed an order over the phone with ShopNBC, and that same evening someone started using my credit card for hundreds of dollars of unauthorized purchases through other on-line shopping sites. I rarely use this credit card, so the origin of the breach of information is pretty clear. I have also submitted a complaint to ShopNBC with my complaint but have received no response. I will never shop with ShopNBC again, and would urge anyone who is concerned about the security of their information to avoid them like the plague. Also, beware, they are changing their name. Basically, know who you are giving your information to- are they secure?- in this case a resounding "NO"!!

Anywhere is better than ShopNBC

1. Bought D2 Tablet ( BTW - not a good product) 2. returned tablet ( that package ended up on my porch 4 times. ) 3. post office goofed a couple of times missing the 30 day deadline. 4. ShopNBC rep said 'no problem about the 30 day' and sent me a label to return and use ups instead 5. ShopNBC supervisor refuses to refund money alaready paid or accept tablet back saying their strict 30 day return policy is being enforced. Where was the policy when their rep sent me a label? Apparently, only supervisors follow this policy. Last straw, they now have the tablet and they refuse to stop the next payment.

Unable to reach a representative

To get through their customer service line you need the last 4 digits of your credit card #; even before you have a 4 digit pin #! Impossible to get through. Worst service of any shopping club. I've been trying for 3 days, did receive a call yesterday but was give the same phone # for customer service which is 800-676 **** which is the same recording asking for the same info. TERRIBLE SERVICE. I need to return an item over allowable time due to surgery. Will send anyway with a cover letter and see what happens. I had previous problems with others orders.

DONT BUY ANYTHING FROM SHOPNBC

I BOUGHT A BRAND NEW SEIKO WALL CLOOCK 1 YEAR AGO IT DIED. SHOPNBC POLICY IS 30 DAYS. THEY TOLD ME TO CALL SEIKO IN NJ. THESE PEOPLE HAVE A THIRD GRADE EDUCATION. I SENT THE CLOCK TO THEM. THEY SENT IT BACK BROKE. THEY SAID THEY DID NOT HAVE THE PARTS FOR A 1 YEAR OLD CLOCK. WHAT A JOKE. WHY WOULD THEY SELL A 200$ CLOCK AND IT BREAK IN A YEAR. ARE THE SCAMMERS?. THEY SAID THEY WOULD LET ME PICK A NEW CLOCK AT 50% OFF. THAT WONT WORK. WHY SHOULD I BE INCONNVIENCED. THEY SHOULD TAKE POINTERS FROM QVC. THEY ARE THE BEST.

Seriously, I have a few things on "value pay" and went to order a computer. Shop NBC decided my credit was not good enough???

So, I bought it from HSN! How *** of Shop NBC! 3 computers from HSN paid in full. ***, foolish, Shop NBC!

You lost a sale and then some. I have bought three computers from HSN and cameras and phones. All of which, paid in full. Customer to HSN for many years, I thought I would give you a try.

You dropped the ball Shop NBC. I will pay off what I have purchased and never again. I stopped HSN due to poor pricing, it is awful. Never did I get treted so badly by a store.

I do not advocate spending your dollars with them at all. Never again, dummies.

Invicta is the worst

Within the past several years I have purchased 4 Invicta watches from Shop NBC. One I gave away, and I am no longer in contact with this person. Of the three I bought for myself they are ALL broken. I shipped them to Invicta on April 4, and UPS sent confirmation they were received there on the 9th. THE WATCHES SAT THERE FOR TWO WEEKS BEFORE THEY WERE EVEN LOGGED IN. After I called them regarding repairs, they informed me that it could take up to 90 days. I had to pay for the repairs in advance at the end of April. I called up today to follow up. The expected dates of return are August 7, August 23 and August 30, a minimum of 4 months, and the last one being almost 5 months IF they actually are returned by the dates they project. Hey guys I have been collecting Swiss watch's for about 30 years! What Invicta does not tell you about their watch's is!

There Swiss made watch's are not made in Swissland! They are made in Tiwain China. To be able to put Swiss Made on the watch's they sell on Shop MBC. Is that only 48 percent of the parts of the watch's have to be made in Swissland" So that means if the movement is Swiss made they can say the watch's are Swiss made!!!

But the truth is they are made China! There's the Rub!!!!!!

Every Invicta I have bought has broke before they are a year old!!! Buyer beware?
