I too was "scammed" by Shop NBC. I told myself that Shop NBC would not selling an inferior computer and if I had a problem they would take every ethical step to assure my satisfaction...Wrong! I have never been "duped" like this before. Shop NBC ignores
complaints as did the service facility.First six months the computer was inoperable for four. Repair facility conveniently misplaced requests for repair. Sent to service facility in California 4 times in 12 Months. Not enough space to voice my disatisfaction with Shop NBC. Computer in closet, inoperable. Money wasted. DO NOT SHOP NBC.
