I sent a email to ShopNBC and told them my problem all they can say is you are past your 30 day return policy we cannot help you:. I reply back to let them know that I will be disputing my charges if they are unable to help me,. I get the same responds back; you are past your 30 day return policy..
So I guess ShopNBC likes to take your money and will not help with the products they sell;. I have talked to my bank and they have filed the disputes?. I will never do business with them again. 128f8e6

My bet is no, and now that it failed beyond that 30 days you want to stick it to them? Why don't you file a complaint in the right spot instead; it's not ShopNBC's fault, it's the manufacturers- blame faulty merhandise on those that make it, not sell it. |
