First and Last shopping experince with Shop NBC.

Long story short,customer service rep.'s constantly give incorrect info. . Delivery companies they use are shady and unprofessional. Long wait for info. and deliveries. Making the pruchase and giving them your money is the easiest aprt of the transaction. After that, forget it! The product was'nt worth $200,nevermind $800. The day after i received the product I contacted them and had it packed back up and ready to go. It still took 4 mths to complete this transaction. Every step of the way from time of pruchase to refund was filled with errors. Which I had to struggle to correct. Shop NBC ***. Their customer service suck! The processs ***! The delivery companies they contract through suck! The return process ***! Nothing but problems and headaches!!! Don't waste your time or money with Shop NBC!!!
