I ordered a 32" tv from shopnbc and it was defective and when I tried to send it back they wanted $500.00 dollars to send it back.

A Westinghouse tv w/intergrated DVD player so i had to keep a broken tv shopnbc are SLUGS. i called shopnbc and their remedy for me was to send it back and the tv was still under full warrenty.

UPS wanted 500.00 dollars for shipping so i just kept the broken thing and they never satisfied my problem i will never order anything from shopnbc again and i hope no one else does either.
