I purchased a ring that was on Value Pay that they stated would never be priced less. Weill today, the ring is $50.00 less than what I paid for 2 months ago. Customer service forget it.. they are useless I did get to a Supervisor that claimed he couldn't find that statement nor the taping of the show or proof it was a VP the day I purchased".Even though on their website in the review section a customer wrote she bought on a VP/. They would not credit difference to my cc?. Offered a $20 credit:. I told him they misrepresent their pricing and I thought it was fraudulent,. I am still debating contacting my
CC company I am not sure I can dispute the pricing since I didn't return the item". To all others who purchase with their bank CC and have returned/have proof of the return DISPUTE it with your CC company they will get the money credited to you?.If you receive it defective and they won't authorize return contact your cc company!.
I will never shop here again! They can keep my
merchandise credit and shove it! The other 2 shopping networks are so much better at taking care of business and customer service and do not misrepresent pricing thought
