Shop NBC may have an illegal shipping and retun policy. Additionally, the amount paid vs". the amount to be credited to the customer is incorrect/. Customer's are short changed?. Calls and requests to speak with superviosor go unanswered:. Get a reference number when speaking with customer service". I'm consdering a class action suit.. If this is happening to me its happened to others/. I shoped with shop NBC for several years but recent events have me rethinking my future business!. | 2. Written by shop nbc is terrible! on June 27, 2011 from ontario, california, US I purchased two starter kits of sensa products. I sent both back in one box with two seperate return invoices. They only credited me back for one sensa starter kit. Shop nbc refuses to return me for the second unless i produce a tracking number that provides a weight that they can then compare to the weight of one product to see if i really sent two back! The burden of proof is with customers and this company stinks! |
