I bought an Invicta Watch, paid $10 to have the band adjusted. Then the crummy Quartz watch stopped. I sent it back, they refunded my money BUT refused to reinburse me for the $10 buckeroos I wasted fixing the band. They said the additional expense was 'on my behalf'. I said if their crummy watch wasn't crummy the money wouldn't be wasted. They refused. Then they said they would give me a credit for $10 on my next purchase. I told them it would do no good....since I would not be Shopping or NBC'ing ever again...then I told them to take me out of their system. I assured them I would be spreading the word about them. They are #1 in the *** dept....but 0 in customer service!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! 128f47b

invicta customer service not helpfull at all. 

they return watches in the same condition it was sent to them in the first place.
