I don't know how they stay in business! Everyone there is beyond rude. I had trouble with a credit card that I was using for their easy payment plans". The first I knew about it was the day they called and rudely said there was a credit card problem and what was I going to do about it/. I had to wait until my husband got home and figured out what was wrong with his credit card?. But it was fast enough for them:. They called me 45 minutes later'. They call again a couple of hours later|. I kept asking if they could wait a couple of days and then put it through again?. They all said NO! When I complained about the treatment, the supervisor said that I owed them a payment so they could treat me anyway they wanted to and if I wanted better treatment, pay the bill!! I called today for the address of the head honcho so I could write my complaint to someone who might care about what these people are doing:. The person said she had no idea who was at the top or the address! I will NEVER shop there again!! 128f2ee
