my husband purchased an invicta watch for me.I had the watch 2 weeks when the stem fell out.Shop NBC did not handle any of the repair process but made me try to locate my original invoice(which they could have located for me-but never offered to)and to deal with Invicta myself.Not only did this fiasco cost me my time and aggravation-I had to pay for the repair.I would caution consumers from purchasing from SHOP NBC unless they want to be left holding the bag if things go wrong.Also FYI you can purchase the Same Invicta Watches at a significant discount through various websites and reputable jewelers 128f2db
