I purchased a roll circle braclet on 3/7/08 and paid 279.99. Two days later it reduced to 199.99. I contacted customer service via "contact us now" through my account setting so they had all the information about the order. I contacted them two times to inquire about their 14 day price match promise to get an 80.00 credit on my account. Mysteriously they said they never got those emails and now will not refund my money for the price difference. It's amazing that they repsond to all my other emails except for those concerning a credit.

They said that because my final email saying if I didnt get a response that I was going to file a complaint was after the 14 day time frame that they would not refund my 80.00. It appears that they have selective email reading.

I most likely will not use them again. I have asked how to file a complaint.
