I you use Shop NBC credit card (GE Money Banks) they will charge you a monthly service charge even if you pay your balance off. I used their value pay and even though I pay the monthly charge off each month I am being charged a service charge as I have a remaining balance (on the future value payments). What a ripoff this is. I called Shop NBC and they said they contract out to GE Money Banks and have no say as to what they do with my account. I will NOT use my Shop NBC credit card again.... 128f2bf

They never sent the comforter and I'm still going back and forth with their customer service. I find it horrible that a company this size can get away with this type of false advertising. They also touted that they would deliver anywhere in the United States and after hour too. This wasn't true. I had to accommodate the delivery truck time and I don't live in the hills. Needless to say, I will never shop with them again - ever. They don't tell the truth on the air. I'm still battling with their customer service to get them to honor the advertisement that was on national television. Badly managed. They lost me as a customer but I guess when you are that big of a company you don't need to worry about a thousand dollar purchase. |
