SHOP NBC.COM does NOT fully explain the INVICTA watch warranty. It is stated a one year warranty, but when I called Invicta well within this time, I was told there would be a $28.00 service charge on my $56.00 watch. I then called NBC and was told there was nothing they could do with Invicta on my behalf, and it would do no good to talk with a supervisor there, and to call Invicta back. My problem isnt realy with Invicta, but with NBC for not fully disclosing the warranty that they advertise so freely. My watch still isnt working. BEWARE when you shop NBC.com or Invicta. this could happen to you. MAY 10 2011 128f28d

They replaced the crystal when I didn't even ask for that, just wanted what I asked for. So, I think if you just be patient, you'll find a good deal. |

Shopnbc will always try to get you to go to Invicta if out of the 30 day warranty unless you purchase the extended warranty through them. I am sending in my son's Invicta Pro Diver that I purchase for $65.00 on sale through them. I got the extended warranty figuring it would be better. I sent it in today because the crown advances the date without being pulled out. Hopefully they cover that. I would rather deal with the people with whom I purchased it. Also, note Michael Davis' comment about Invicta....he is the rep for Invicta so he has a lot of watches and experience with them. Finally, I believe that the value is good and Invicta will stand by their product. After all, when I called Timex in Arkansas about my $90.00 dollar timepiece, they sent me a new one, Walmart didn't want to exchange it even though they sold it to me. |

Shopnbc does not offer their own warrenty plan for Invicta watches. I can understand that when Invicta doesn't have a good warrenty policy to begin with. There watches are amazing but there services suck big time. Please go onto Facebook and Like Invicta watches and express your concerns to Invicta. It doesn't do much now but you do 2 things. 1. You are showing customers That Invicta"s extended services are not on par. 2. The more the complaints on facebook the more they will try to improve there services or allow the ship to sink. Either way you will be heard. |

When I recieved the watch from Invicta, I checked to make sure it wasnt broken.I put it back in the box and stored it until I was ready to wear it( 60 th birthday party )When I put the watch on I noticed it wasnt working. Called shop NBC who told me I was past the 30 day warranty with shop NBC and I had to deal directly with Invicta customer service. Invicta informed me I had to pay 28.00 for shipping and handling to return the watch to me and I had to pay to send the watch to them..I explained the watch never worked, And the customer service employee told me oh well Sh** Happens.. And they were really rude on the phone as well.6 weeks later I still have no watch , Cant reach them by phone, No matter when I call. Do yourself a big favor > Stay away from Invicta Watches |
