I ordered a watch and it was sent ups then transfered to the post office and either of them know where it is. All Shop nbc keeps saying is wait and wait and wait. Well the birthday passed which this was a gift for and now I have to go through a ringer on getting a credit back to my card from these clowns. Oh i have to add they did give me a $10 credit for my next order which I told them what to do with it. I was a first time buyer and a last time buyer and will pass this situation on to as many people as I can. Dont sho with these people! 128f1bd

The exact same thing is happening to me. I've cancelled my account, and wasn't offered a $10 gift credit.
