My phone log has been filled with 800 number calls. The calls were received every 5 minutes all day long. When I answer the phone I get no response.

Finally, today, after saying hello 5 times, a man with very poor English informed me he was calling for ShopNBC. I am 2 weeks late with my payment for the first time in 5 years. I have received at least 50 calls everyday for the past 2 weeks. Customer Service informed me they have no control of the calls(from India!). I will pay off my bill and ShopNBC no more. 128f08c
