Customer Service at SHOP NBC is the worst anywhere. i made a purchase and the next day it went on sale for $150 less. They would not refund my money or refund the difference. The customer service manager Brian was extremely rude and disrespectful.He told me that he makes the rules and no customer is going to tell him what to do. I had made very valuable purchases in the past and apparently they do not value their customers at all. When I said that I will never shop there again he couldn't have cared less. I hope they go out of business. I have since read that there are hundreds of complaints to the Better Business Bureau and I will add another.
