shop nbc complaint

I am a shopnbc customer and have been for years. I have gotten a lot of people to to start using them instead of retail stores. Until now I have been very happy with them. Any problems I have had in the past they would remedy right away. This 56in Vivitek TV is a piece of crap!!!! I can't believe that shopnbc would even carry this product. It makes them look real bad. Even worst I'm out of $2000.00. It's like they built this product to last only a year. I've had to replace the bulb., now I have to replace the picture tube. Not to mention that the color is never right on the tv no matter what you do. This product ***! and they should do a recall on it or at least give people half their money back so they can buy a better tv. Shopnbc said this was a graet tv. They lied. I have spent aleast 15,000.00- 20,000.00 with them in the past 7years and because of this I won't spend another penny with them.
