They want $28.00 for shipping the broken watch to Europe to fix it! Where is the 1 year warranty? So I pay $9.95 to ship it to me, now another $28.00 for a hand falling off the dial....Really?
*** Invicta and Shop NBC.....never again. One customer toasted mad. Funny, they NEVER mention this fact on TV, and now I know why...
All I ask for is honest representation of what they sell.
Is that asking too much? 128ef9d

| 1. Written by Captivate Man on August 4, 2011 from ft. worth, texas, US Please don't be mad at shopnbc. If your not purchasing a shopnbc warrenty your SOL with Invicta. Shopnbc does not offer their own warrenty plan for Invicta watches. I can understand that when Invicta doesn't have a good warrenty policy to begin with. There watches are amazing but there services suck big time. Please go onto Facebook and Like Invicta watches and express your concerns to Invicta. It doesn't do much now but you do 2 things. 1. You are showing customers That Invicta"s extended services are not on par. 2. The more the complaints on facebook the more they will try to improve there services or allow the ship to sink. Either way you will be heard. |

| 3. Written by JA on July 9, 2011 from gainesville, florida, US I never have gotten my watch returned, after several promises that it is repaired (under warranty) which took 90 days by the way. Last contact said I would receive in 2 weeks, NOT! They are not interested in honoring anything or replacing, they are just robbing the customers. |
