Shopnbc sells you lies the products are defected, when you complain you get the runarounds, I bought 4 chairs 2 were defected, purchased a cabinet bar which it states some assemble I had to put the whole thing together. I was not happy at all about that,so I called to let them know I was told I would get a whole refund I got some of my money back, when I called to check the status I was told I would not be receiving a full refund because I didn't open the other box. I called for three weeks spoke w different people told different lies even spoke w a manager and he was worst.
