I am not a customer, have never opened an account with them. Someone else opened an account had it sent to my address and now they are dunning me for the merchandise. The person who ordered the merchandise even called and told them it was their account not mine, but I am the one still getting the phone calls and letters. And now they have reported me to the collection agencies.

We have called them a number of times and they still persist on dunning me. They will not cooperate with me at all. They are greedy and don't care THEY made the mistake and I had NOTHING to do with this account. 128ef0b
