I also was treated badly when a broken pair of earrings was returned and shopnbc refused to credit back my Visa. I contacted Visa and filed a written complaint. Visa forced shopnbc to credit all of the value pays that they had debited for those earrings. Do not let shopnbc get the upper hand...fight back and report all incidents to your credit card company...they will make it right. I agree that the better business bureau should ban shopnbc from the airwaves and protect consumers but in the end, you as the consumer must simply stop purchasing from a disreputable business like shopnbc. 128eed2
