Delayed refund for over 30 days

Ordered one lap top computer Jan 1st and got two. Was suppose to be on pymt plan. Refused shipment on one and sent it back. Charged me full price on the one I tried. They took out the money on a debit card. Sent the second one back, would not meet my needs. It is now the 24th of Feb. and still no refund on the second computer. They take your money before they ship, and then hold it until they get darn ready to credit your account. I'm out over one thousand dollars that they are drawing interest on.
