I called to order a ring and they asked me if I wanted to use credit card on file. Told them no I was closing that account and gave them another card number. They still charged the card I told them not to. My checking is now overdrawn because my bank authorized the charge and gave a NSF penalty. Called customer no service at Shop NBC and they transferred me to their credit card dept. Told the lady what happened she admitted the phone rep made a mistake but basically told me you are just screwed!!!! I wont buy anything again EVER!!! 128ed3f
