i bought a laptop from shopnbc with my credit card and there was at least enough on it to cover the first two value payments. for some reason, the second payment was never authorized and my credit card company never notified me. shopnbc notified me a couple months later. now they my account combined with my ex's account and refuse to separate them and on top of that. theyh now have combined my mother in law's account with mine. she bought from before this happened with no problem and no they refuse to separate the accounts. i am still trying to get things straight. they are a ripoff and do not buy from them. 128ecd4
