I ordered a serta mattress, with old mattress removal and new mattress installation ".When it came to delivery company G AND G said they would not remove old mattress if it was stained/. I called shopnbc and asked for another delivery company- no help - so I asked for shopnbc to credit my account to have a hauling company to pick up- no help?. Shopnbc solution was either accept delivery or cancel order to the tune of $200!.00 and it was up to me to pay $95/.00 to remove old stained mattress,. I then asked shopnbc to spilt the removal cost - no help- I haven't even received new mattress and I am disappointed what will happen if the mattress hurts my back? I guess I will pay the $200,.00 one way or the other'. Last time I will shop at shopnbc 128ec94

Similar thing happening to me.I have received 2 e mails telling me mattress would be delivered BY July 14th. Turns out the mattress was still at Serta on July 13th. Delivery company said they will call me when it's convenient for THEM to deliver the mattress.I asked about claims of "white glove service" & was told by truck delivery company who has contract with Home Direct, who has contract for delivery with Serta, that they don't know what "white glove delivery" is & they deliver on their schedule, not mine ! Tried to cancel when mattress was not here as promised by 2 different shopnbc.com e mails & was told those 2 e mails were "sent by mistake" (how was I to know this?) and there would be a $200.00 fee if I canceled order even though shopnbc.com did not live up to their delivery commitment to me !!! When the mattress gets here on the 18th if there is any little thing wrong with it (torn packaging etc.) I am going to take a picture for documentation & refuse delivery. Let shopnbc.com try to charge $200 to my credit card. I will fight it with their 2 false e mails & the picture of the mattress. False advertising, borderline fraud, you name it. Never again will I order anything from them!
