About a year ago, I received an email from the manager of customer service (or similar dept.) stating that I was about to be banned from shopping there if I continued to return items. Frankly the things I had returned either were defective or didn't fit. To be fair, that was about 50 percent of what I'd purchased. Bought a gold plated Invicta watch with a blue center link that was not plated between each link. Watchband looked terrible when I was wearing it. the non plating showed through. I ordered 1 ring on 6-value pay at $47.99 per month.They sent me 2 different rings and charged me $754.00. I called customer service.99 and they said the best they could do for me then was to change the pymt method to the 6-pays. Ordered several watches for guaranteed delivery by Christmas. One item was not the quality of photo. Other item never delivered and could not reach customer service. I placed an order for a $99 tablet and the first payment was placed with my debit card. It went through. It was due on 9/11/13. I did not receive it. When I called CSR, I was informed the order had been cancelled. No one knew why. After three calls and four people, I was told that I did not meet their credit criteria. I purchased a 65” Mitsubishi TV on 4/9/11. It was a special that came with 1 year manufacturers warranty plus 2 years extended warranty that was to take over after first year that covered parts and labor. The deal also included a blueray player, hdmi cable and 2 pair of 3D glasses with batteries. I separately purchased a wifi dongle from the same show. The TV quit on 7/24/13 so I called Mitsu....
